OCC pays a visit to Galala University

Galala, 15 November 2020 (Arab Newswire) — Ocean Country College (OCC), represented by Dr. Maysa Abu Youssef Hayward, Assistant Vice President of International Programs arranged a visit to Al Galala University (GU).

Dr. Mohamed El Shennawi, Acting Vice president of Galala University for International Relations, Community Service and Environmental Issues welcomed the guest on campus, where both sides explored the possible ways of cooperation in the higher education & scientific research fields, through arranging academic visits, students and academic staff exchange visits for al Galala university, which has welcomed its new batch of students this year with fifteen colleges offering more than 65 educational programs.

Through her visit, Dr. Hayward had a full tour exploring different faculties and facilities on GU campus. She expressed her gratitude about the visit, saying “I would like to thank GU’s workforce who exert great efforts to provide all possible means for serving its first batch of students, as well as finalizing all construction requirements to be able to induct more students in the near future.”

On the other hand, Dr. Shennawi stressed the fact that GU will always be looking forward to set partnership agreements with several prominent educational institutions and research centers across the globe. ” We as GU team share a common vision with Ocean County college, to offer a useful educational experience for our students and will always do what is best for the benefit of our students and staff members as well.”

Ocean County College is a public two-year community college sponsored by Ocean County, the State of New Jersey and accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
