معرض IPS للعقار 2024 ينطلق في دبي 27 فبراير الجاري بمشاركة خليجية وعالمية واسعة

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة  -- (ARAB NEWSWIRE) -- تنطلق فعاليات الدورة العشرين من معرض IPS للعقار 2024، المنصة الرائدة لعرض أحدث التطورات في القطاع العقاري، في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي 27 فبراير الجاري، بمشاركة عارضين من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، لاستعراض مشاريعهم العقارية أمام جمهور عالمي من المستثمرين ومشتري المنازل والمهنيين وقادة صناعة العقارات.

وتشير التوقعات إلى استمرارية تصاعد نمو السوق العقارية في منطقة الخليج، حيث من المتوقع أن تصل قيمتها إلى 4.55 تريليون دولار أمريكي بحلول نهاية عام 2024، وفقًا لتقرير Statista . ويشير نفس التقرير إلى هيمنة العقارات السكنية على سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بحجم متوقع أن تبلغ قيمته 3.07 تريليون دولار أمريكي، مع معدل نمو سنوي ثابت بنسبة 2.64% خلال الفترة من 2024 إلى 2028، بقيمة قد تصل إلى 5.05 تريليون دولار أمريكي بحلول عام 2028.
