ومدير معتمد ومؤلف، بجائزتين في جوائز ستيفي® للشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لعام 2026.

وحصل نجم على جائزة ستيفي® الذهبية عن فئة «الإسهام الفردي البارز في الاستدامة» تقديرًا لعمله في الاستدامة والابتكار البحري. كما نال جائزة ستيفي® البرونزية عن فئة «قائد الفكر للعام» عن إسهامه في الاستدامة والابتكار والقيادة الشاملة في القطاع البحري.

ولا يتعامل نجم مع الاستدامة بوصفها ملفًا بيئيًا منفصلًا عن بقية الأعمال. بل يربطها بكفاءة التشغيل، وسلامة العمليات، ورفاه البحارة، وجودة القرارات التي تُتخذ يوميًا على متن السفن وفي المكاتب.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز بعد حصوله على جائزة الشباب البحري ضمن حفل جوائز السعودية البحرية لعام 2026 في جدة، إضافة إلى جائزة ستيفي® البرونزية ضمن جوائز الأعمال الدولية لعام 2025.

وشهدت النسخة السابعة من جوائز ستيفي® للشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا تكريم فائزين من 15 دولة، بعد تقييم أكثر من 1400 ترشيح باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية من قبل 155 خبيرًا من مختلف أنحاء العالم. وسيُحتفى بالفائزين خلال حفل الجوائز في إسطنبول في 11 سبتمبر 2026.

مصطفى نجم ربان أعالي بحار، ومدير إداري، ومدير معتمد، ومؤلف بحري ومناصر للقيادة المسؤولة. وهو زميل الجمعية الملكية للفنون، وزميل معهد الاستشارات، وزميل مشارك في المعهد البحري البريطاني.

تشمل مؤهلاته الأكاديمية ماجستيرًا في القانون التجاري الدولي من جامعة سالفورد، وماجستيرًا عالميًا في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة أبيرتاي، وماجستيرًا تنفيذيًا في إدارة الأعمال بتخصص تحليلات الأعمال من جامعة كاثوليكا دي مورسيا في إسبانيا، ودرجتي ماجستير في إدارة الأساطيل والأعمال البحرية من جامعة ساوثهامبتون سولنت، إلى جانب شهادة الكفاءة لربان أعالي البحار. وتناولت أبحاثه التمويل البحري، واتخاذ القرار القائم على البيانات في الأعمال البحرية العالمية، والشحن المستدام، ورفاه البحارة.
